Chief Executive Officer
Brad founded a leading Canadian Employment Agency, Pure Staffing Solutions in 2003 and has since been assisting a solid base of clients looking for top talent in the Manufacturing/ Production/ Oil & Gas/ Resource industries. Since inception, Pure Staffing Solutions has been recognized with numerous awards including Growth 500, Globe & Mail Report on Business Canada’s Top Growing Companies, Profit 100, Profit Hot 50, the ACSESS Community Service Award, and the ACSESS Corporate Social Responsibility Award. In 2017, in conjunction with Pure Staffing Solutions, Brad founded Bumsa, an outsourcing company based in Chennai, India to provide cost-effective business solutions for the Canadian marketplace. Bumsa has experienced rapid growth and now supports various leading companies with recruitment process outsourcing, web design and development and SEO/SMO services.
Brad has personally been recognized with nominations for Canadian Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. He’s a former Executive Director on the ACSESS National Board of Directors. Brad does extensive community volunteering including coaching competitive baseball at High Park, competitive hockey at West Mall, George Bell, and the Toronto Eagles and is a former Director of the High Park FC Micro Soccer program which is the largest in Toronto with over 1000 kids and 300 coaches.
In Brad’s “free-time,” he enjoys spending time at various rinks, baseball diamonds and the cottage with his wife and 2 boys.
Brad also hosts “Steal From the Best,” a podcast to help listeners succeed in both business and life by stealing invaluable ideas and experiences from the best in class. He’s developed an extensive network over the years spanning from the early days of growing up in London, to attending Wilfrid Laurier University where he participated in the National Championship with the varsity volleyball team to the last 20 years in Toronto living in the Junction building businesses, volunteering in the community and growing old with his wife and kids.

Elvine Assouline General manager
Coming all the way from Paris to the 6ix, Elvine is working on a daily basis with our incredible and awesome teams. He helps build processes and practices that allow our teams to perform at their highest possible levels scaling to the next level of delivery excellence. How well teams work together is what Elvine gets excited about and what he enjoys pouring his energy into.
Fun fact about Elvine? He previously had a career as a magician; that’s where all the magic comes from.
His experience working in varied environments, along with his ability to build strong relationships, has allowed Bumsa to carry out our missions entrusted to us with passion in an efficient and effective manner.

Arul Laurent Operations Manager
With over 13 years of experience in the industry as a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional, Arul has taken the reins as the Director of Operations at Bumsa. If there’s one aspect of the job that Arul loves, it is inspiring people at work – getting engaged with them to bring out their potential as professionals. He believes that inclusivity in the workplace and giving back to society is the way forward. Before joining our dynamic team, he worked in the IT and ITeS industries for a good chunk of his career.
As a person and as a working professional he encompasses the spirit of humanitarianism as he loves working with NGOs to aid in the development of homeless children. This is reflected in his personal life as well.

Roy Arun Lead Designer
Roy has two decades of industry work experience under his belt. He is a true working veteran of his trade. At Bumsa Inc, Roy works as the Lead Designer in UI/UX. His expertise lies in areas such as UI and UX Designing for web, mobile and Intranet based application designs, visual designing, storyboarding, wireframing, mock-ups and prototyping.
Before he joined our dynamic team, he wore many hats over the 18+ years he spent in the industry. He was a Multimedia Manager, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Web Designer in small to midsize companies. Roy believes that collaboration and teamwork are the way to creating an elegant solution to even the most abstract of concepts thrown at him. This is one of the reasons that he has been able to churn out simple, usable interfaces with the help of his fellow creative minds.
