In 2003, he founded Pure Staffing Solutions, a premier employment agency in Canada specializing in manufacturing, production, oil & gas, and resource industries. Recognized with numerous industry awards, Pure Staffing has been a trusted partner for companies seeking exceptional talent.
Seeing an opportunity to expand global hiring solutions, Brad launched Bumsa in 2017, creating a cost-effective outsourcing hub in Chennai, India. Today, Bumsa supports leading companies with recruitment process outsourcing, web design, development, and digital marketing—driving efficiency and business growth.
Beyond business, Brad is a community leader and mentor, coaching competitive baseball and hockey in Toronto. He’s also the host of Steal From the Best, a podcast where top professionals share insights on success in business and life.
When he’s not building companies or coaching, you’ll find Brad enjoying family time at the rink, baseball diamond, or cottage.

Elvine Assouline General managerAs General Manager at Bumsa, Elvine oversees
day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless recruitment outsourcing, web development, and digital marketing services for clients worldwide. With a passion for efficiency and scalability, he focuses on optimizing processes that help businesses grow.Before joining Bumsa, Elvine worked at Grapevine6, where he contributed to its expansion and eventual acquisition by Seismic. In 2020, he co-founded Credibled with Brad, automating background checks and reference verifications to make hiring faster and more cost-effective.
He is also Lead, Website Management & Digital Operations at La French Tech Toronto, supporting the local French tech ecosystem with digital strategy and online innovation.Originally from Paris, Elvine excels at building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration. Outside of work, he’s a fitness enthusiast, tech lover, and aspiring golfer—always open to improvement!

Arul Laurent Operations Manager
With over 13 years of experience in the industry as a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional, Arul has taken the reins as the Director of Operations at Bumsa. If there’s one aspect of the job that Arul loves, it is inspiring people at work – getting engaged with them to bring out their potential as professionals. He believes that inclusivity in the workplace and giving back to society is the way forward. Before joining our dynamic team, he worked in the IT and ITeS industries for a good chunk of his career.
As a person and as a working professional he encompasses the spirit of humanitarianism as he loves working with NGOs to aid in the development of homeless children. This is reflected in his personal life as well.

Roy Arun Lead Designer
Roy Arun has two decades of industry work experience under his belt. He is a true working veteran of his trade. At Bumsa Inc, Roy works as the Lead Designer in UI/UX. His expertise spans user-centered design, visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end implementation, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
Roy has led and delivered end-to-end design initiatives for global organizations across staffing, insurance, banking, publishing, and technology sectors. His career includes leadership roles at BUMSA Inc, Cognizant, Global Bankers Insurance Group, and Gemini Systems, where he collaborated closely with cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across products and platforms.
Recognized internationally as a 2019 Communicator Award Winner (AIVA, New York) for UI excellence. He holds a Master’s degree in Communication & Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
